Beef Processing Packages

Our beef processing packages are designed provide the best combination of variety and premium cuts, while maximizing carcass yield. USDA inspected processing is included in your beef price.

We aim to produce a quarter that will yield 85 to 100 pounds of take-home meat. Actual weights and yields will vary with each animal.

Available Options:

Delmonico Steaks can be exchanged for a Ribeye Roast and vice-versa for each package.

Beef Cubes – 1lb. packs, $0.50 each. Great for soups, stews, or kebabs.

Stir Fry – 1lb. packs, $0.50 each. Beef strips for stir fry or fajitas.

Chipsteak – 1lb. packs, $0.50 each.

Bones, Fat, Heart, and Liver – Generally available upon request.

Burger Patties (20 lb. minimum) can be added or removed from any package, but will directly affect the amount of ground beef.
